Forgive For We Are Forgiven

Forgive, and you will be forgiven.

Forgive for we are forgiven

Forgive, for we are forgiven. The judgment we give is the judgment we receive. When we hold a grudge, the other person often doesn’t know we are offended. Our grudge robs us of peace. Forgive and be set free.

Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.

Do not judge, or you too will be judged.

Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Give, and it will be given to you. If you wronged someone or have been wronged, choosing to forgive allows you to live free from the control of others.

Holding a grudge leaves us in the sludge of life. Ask Jesus to give you his SPIRIT of forgiveness.
JESUS forgives us. Let us forgive others. No Judgment — Just Jesus Matthew 7:1-5, Luke 6:38

  1. How did you make the header graphic? I like it.

Is your church on Moore’s Square or adjacent to it?

It’s good to meet another Raleigh resident.

    1. Thanks for asking, Steve! I use Midjourney to create the background graphics and Photoshop Elements to complete the work.

Christ’s Church at Moore Square http://mooresquarechurch.org/ is a church without a building.

We welcome all who are called to take care of the least and “Be Jesus” to those in need. We do not hold a formal worship service or offer sermons. Instead, we hand out food, and clothing, and pray with those in need. That said, we do end up having some pretty lively discussions Sundays on the south wall of the park. If not over a sermon topic then over other doctrinal and Scriptural issues. Christians are always quick to debate even what seems like a clear statement. 🙂 The interaction and debates are healthy.

I attend Vintage Church at the northeast corner of the park. I invite those in the park and at the bus station to join me in Vintage. Sundays in the park seeing Jesus in others is the highlight of my week.

    2. Thanks. Our church in North Raleigh sometimes goes to Moore Square to hand out cheeseburgers and blankets to the folks living there. Keep up your great ministry!

      1. Steve, I attended your church during COVID. Miss you guys and gals and Kyle’s praise and worship music program! Also miss Marty. Loved his preaching.

        1. Pastor Jared, who replaced Pastor Marty, is a great expository preacher. I’ve learned so much. Kyle still leads the music.
