The Greatest Story Ever Told
There are many true stories
told about love.
But none can compare to the
one from above.
That God our Dear Maker and
His love for me.
Would let His Son die on an
old rugged tree.
O the love and compassion
I cannot explain!
That through His great mercy
and eternal life gained.
To think the time coming
His face to behold.
My Maker, redeemer.
