Pirate Preacher
The Pirate Preacher (pirate-preacher.com) is part of "Team Jesus" with Christ' Church at Moore Square (mooresquarechurch.org). On Monday nights he leads a "Jesus Study" in Moore Square. Each Sunday between 12:30 and 1:30 the Pirate Preacher and others, gather in the park to hand out food, water, and other items that add to the abundant life Jesus promised. He's also is an award-winning author of middle-grade, YA, and adult fiction (eddiejones.org) and a writing coach and instructor (writerscoach.us). Society needs to value children. Nothing bothers me more than seeing a parent pushing a stroller down the neighborhood sidewalk and the father or mother is staring at their phone. Talk to your children. Point out the Halloween decorations, the doggies, and everything else they will find fascinating on the walk. Be the parent!
