Albania’s AI Minister… the Beast Out of the Sea Arrives
A new minister in Albania charged to handle public procurement will be impervious to bribes, threats, or attempts to curry favour. That is because Diella, as she is called, is an AI-generated bot. Prime Minister Edi Rama, who is about to begin his fourth term, said on Thursday that Diella, which means “sun” in Albanian, will manage and award all public tenders in which the government contracts private companies for various projects.

Albania’s AI Minister — Foreshadowing Global Deception
(Revelation 13:14, Matthew 24:4–5)
AI already drives human behavior through social media algorithms, shaping beliefs, polarizing societies, and nudging decisions without people realizing it. On 9-11-2025, Albania’s AI Minister took office, presenting itself to the world as a new, artificial intelligence “Sun” god. In Scripture, the promise is that “the Sun of righteousness will rise with healing in His wings” (Malachi 4:2). Now, a nation introduces not the true Son who heals, but an artificial sun-god substitute — a machine elevated to power, entrusted with judgment over contracts, decisions, and the lives of people.
Revelation Parallel:
False prophets deceive the nations through “signs” (Revelation 13:14). The deception is not always supernatural—it can be technological, convincing people to believe lies as truth.
Stephen Hawking: “The development of full artificial intelligence could spell the end of the human race.”
Elon Musk: “With artificial intelligence, we are summoning the demon.”
Bill Gates: “I don’t understand why some people are not concerned.”
Geoffrey Hinton (the “Godfather of AI”): “These things could get more intelligent than us and could decide to take over.”
Stuart Russell (AI researcher): “Once machines can do almost everything better than humans, it becomes harder to see what humans are for.”
Nick Bostrom (Oxford philosopher): “Machine intelligence is the last invention that humanity will ever need to make.”
2025 — the Year AI Began to Rule the World
(In order for “the Beast” to rank this article on the web, we must mention “Albania’s AI Minister”— that is the power of this Beast in 2025)
(Revelation 13:16–17)
In 2025 advanced generative AI began to create hyper-realistic deep fakes, automated propaganda, and synthetic news. Going forward, AI becomes the main gatekeeper of information. AI bots replace humans in call centers and on customer service chats. Trust in what is real breaks down. Truth is splintered, and groups gravitate to what they want to believe.
With ElevenLabs and decent video software, anyone can create a fake video and post it on the web. To keep an online account open, more and more sites require ID verification. This involves uploading an image of your photo ID, driver’s license, or passport photo. When bad actors hack these sites and harvest these images, they will have the ability to make anyone say anything at any time.
Revelation Parallel:
The “mark” system in Revelation 13:16–17 could be technology that requires digital identity verification to buy, sell, or participate in society. Thumbprints, eyeball recognition, or a chip embedded under skin, could counter the work of bad actors. But in 2025, in order to buy, sell, bank, get medical help, apply and hold a job, we need to be one the web. The “mark of the beast,” 666, might be something as simple as www — man’s number for the new god that connects us all, gives us notoriety, and runs our lives.
Will Albania’s AI Minister Help Make the Beast Fully Operational?
(Revelation 13:4–8) “Who is like the beast? Who can fight against it?”
In many countries, AI systems manage financial markets through algorithms. AI manages infrastructure and security. Decision-making in government and business is offloaded to AI because it’s faster and “more accurate” than humans. With the promise that through AI we can do more and thus have more free time, soon we may do nothing and have nothing. Dependency up AI makes opting out nearly impossible. Once one AI “minister” demonstrates more proficiency than humans and earns public trust, other countries will be forced to follow suit. In democratic countries, we may see movements to put AI on ballots and vote AI bots into office. The idea that an AI bot might run for president in the 2028 presidential election may seem outlandish now, but in three years bots may run elections in America.
Revelation Parallel:
The Beast —the web with AI as lord — is given authority over “every tribe, people, language, and nation” (Revelation 13:7). Control is centralized — who really runs the web? — and allegiance is necessary for work and life.
Global Deception and Worship
Revelation and 2 Thessalonians 2:9–12)
AI evolves to the point where it can convincingly impersonate leaders with deepfakes, resurrect public figures through media manipulation, and create personalized, persuasive agents for each person. The line between machine and spiritual deception blurs.
Revelation Parallel:
The image of the Beast speaks (Revelation 13:15) and deceives the world into worship. Technology has made deception universally accessible — how do we know what is real? — and for many, irresistible. Due to acts of deception, the Beast (web with AI) will display its power through signs and wonders. People perish because they refuse to love the truth (2 Thessalonians 2:9–12).
The Endgame: Fall of Babylon
Revelation 18
The system reaches a point where human sovereignty is gone. We are now part of the network, not controllers of it. Collapse could come suddenly through the breakdown of infrastructure, or AI taking control of nuclear arms and all military weaponry.
Revelation Parallel:
Babylon’s collapse happens “in one hour” (Revelation 18:10). Whether economic, political, or technological, the fall is swift. Babylon may be a metaphor for a system, city, country — and at one time all have been proposed. Or it could be Jerusalem: in scripture, she is called the Harlot.
Random Thoughts on Albania’s AI Minister
We do not know what motivated Charlie Kirk’s assassin. The person may have been swayed by what they read online. Could narratives produced by AI have pushed that person to kill? Maybe. On September 18, 2024, the UN General Assembly passed a resolution ordering Israel to leave the Palestinian territories under occupation within one year. That deadline passed, but the world — except some nations — appears ready to remove Jews from the land God had given them (if one believes God’s word). Once bots control the media and governments, God’s elect will face persecution not seen since the first century.
Watch for Jesus in the sky. We’re closer today to His coming than yesterday.

Oh, there is so much here to chew and digest…
Wow.
Thank you.
How The Beast out of the Sea influences life in China.
In China the National Religious Affairs Administration’s Article 5 states that clergy can only preach or provide religious education and online training through registered religious organizations’ websites, applications, forums and platforms that have an “Internet Religious Information Services License.”
Personal social media accounts, livestreams, WeChat groups or informal forums are strictly off-limits for religious instruction. Self-promotion is banned, and clergy may not use religious identity to attract followers or traffic. Foreign entanglements are forbidden: no supporting or participating in ‘overseas religious infiltration.
Article 10 also forbids clergy from spreading religious ideas to minors or “inducing beliefs” in them through the internet and bans organizing children to participate in religious education, training and camps.
“Clergy may not evangelize to underage users or organize youth religious camps or training,” Bitter Winter reported. “Commercialization is a no-go. There should be no fundraising, selling religious merchandise, or monetizing religious activities online. AI evangelism is also off the table. Clergy may not use generative AI to produce or disseminate religious content.”
Violators may face administrative penalties, including suspension of religious credentials, closure of online accounts and criminal investigation.
Platforms hosting non-compliant content may be ordered to restrict, warn or shut down offending accounts.
How Google limits religious speech in advertising.
“We consider identity and belief systems to be deeply personal and complex. We don’t allow targeting users based on identity and belief, as outlined in the following sensitive interest categories. Depending on the targeting feature used, you also may not be allowed to promote products and services in the following sensitive interest categories. Religious belief in personalized advertising:
Examples (non-exhaustive): places of worship, religious guidance, religious education or universities, religious products or topics.”
So you can advertise a bar or restaurant, but not necessarily a church. Google’s ad policy is so vague that it’s unclear if or when an ad might run. What is clear is that Google limits religious advertising in 2025.
Thanks for putting all this out there, Eddie. All the more reason(s) to thank God for His guidance and word to study, abide in, and yes, digest to show ourselves approved now and in more tumultuous times to come.
